Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. ProServe Account Executive to drive strategic IT initiatives for a defined set of customers and partners, focusing on IT strategy, architecture, and hybrid cloud outcomes. You will collaborate with ProServe sales and delivery teams to translate technology into business value.

You will manage relationships, forecast performance, and help sellers propose optimal solutions, measured by revenue, bookings, and CSAT.

Qualifications

Must have solid sales/business development experience.
Fluency in French and English at C1 level or above.
Experience with cloud technologies.
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Develop and support execution of sales strategies to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
Manage customer relationships, ensure high satisfaction, and identify new opportunities.
Leverage AWS knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutions.
Monitor and analyze KPIs, ensure accurate reporting and forecasting to optimize processes and manage risk.
