Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lead Scheduler / Planning Manager (H/F) to join our Data Centers team in Paris. You will own and govern the Integrated Master Schedule, coordinating with Owners, A/E, Contractors and vendors to deliver complex data center projects on time and within budget.

The role requires advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6, a solid understanding of Earned Value Management, and the ability to lead schedule reviews, prepare bi-weekly updates, and drive continuous improvement within

Qualifications

• Experience in schedule planning and control for large-scale design and construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6.
• Understanding of EVM, cost integration, risk/change management, and WBS.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interface with Owners, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in schedule forecasting and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and proactive within governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain the Master Project Schedule in Primavera P6.
• Integrate pre-construction and construction schedules into end-to-end CPM baseline.
• Coordinate with project parties to collect, validate, and analyze schedule data.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and identify deviations or risks.
• Prepare bi-weekly schedule progress updates and reports.
• Support time impact analysis and extension of time requests.
• Lead schedule-related meetings and record minutes.
• Ensure integration with cost, risk and procurement.
• Provide what-if analytics and delay mitigation.
• Update Project Execution Plan related to scheduling.
• Attend owner-required training for scheduling systems.
• Ensure schedules are transparent and auditable.
• Serve as Key Personnel; replacement agreed with Owner.
