Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Paris is seeking a Lead Scheduler / Planning Manager to oversee the Integrated Master Schedule for data center projects. You will coordinate with Owners, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with milestones and contractual requirements, using Oracle Primavera P6 for end‑to‑end scheduling control.

The role demands strong experience in CPM scheduling, earned value management, and proactive risk analysis, with excellent communication skills to present updates

Qualifications

• Proven experience in schedule planning, development, and control for large‑scale design and construction projects.
• Strong understanding of CPM schedules and earned value management principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to interface with Owners, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop, update, and maintain the Master Project Schedule in Oracle Primavera P6.
• Integrate pre-construction to completion schedules into a single CPM baseline.
• Coordinate with project parties to collect, validate, and analyze schedule data.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and identify deviations or risks to timeline.
• Prepare schedule progress updates, logs, and reports on a bi‑weekly basis.
