Mercury in Paris seeks a Lead Senior Planner to drive the integrated master schedule across complex data centre projects. You will supervise planning teams and ensure rigorous reporting, KPI dashboards, and timely recovery actions.

With 7+ years in planning and a strong command of Primavera P6, you will guide interfaces, perform schedule analysis, and mentor junior planners, while collaborating with clients and design teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years’ planning and project controls experience on large construction projects.
• Strong lifecycle knowledge of data centre projects and commercial awareness.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and reporting baselines.
• Proven ability to lead planning coordination across construction.
• Expertise in Earned Value Management and schedule performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the senior planning lead within the programme, directing the planning team.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules across design to handover.
• Produce progress reports, KPI outputs, narratives, and recovery plans.
• Lead schedule analysis, critical path reviews, and interface management.
• Mentor senior planners and coordinate cross-project resources.
• Plan, chair schedule meetings with clients, designers and subcontractors.
