Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Project Controls Manager for our Paris-based Data Centers team. You will lead cost management, scheduling, and earned value activities across the project lifecycle, aligning with the Owner’s specifications and internal processes.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external contractors, ensure data integrity, and manage risk and change control to support successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project controls for large-scale construction or hyperscale infrastructure programs.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and earned value management (EVM) systems.
• Strong forecasting, risk and change management skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are advantageous for Paris-based project execution.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust project controls processes for cost management, budgeting, forecasting, schedule integration, and risk management.
• Coordinate cost reporting structure and ensure alignment with procurement, contracts and schedule deliverables.
• Administer earned value management (EVM) processes and present monthly cost/schedule performance reports.
• Review and verify contractor payment applications and progress claims.
• Maintain risk and contingency logs; support bi-weekly risk reviews and monthly reporting.
• Prepare and provide data for project dashboards, look-ahead forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
