Jobtailor is seeking a production project manager to coordinate activations from briefing to final delivery across TV, radio, press, digital, social media and field activities. You will oversee the entire production process with clients, publishers, legal teams and vendors, ensuring milestones and profitability.

You will lead briefs, kicks-offs, shoots, post-production and reviews, while maintaining strong relationships with partners.

• 4+ years of experience in production project management, ideally within an agency.
• Demonstrated rigor, foresight and autonomy in managing multiple projects.
• Ability to coordinate complex, end-to-end campaigns with calm, clear thinking.

• Collaborate daily with commercial teams, production companies and vendors to secure timely execution.

Overview

Reporting to a Project Director, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing activations from briefing through to final delivery of content. You will work on campaigns deployed across all communication channels: TV, radio, press, digital, social media and field activities. Manage the entire production process in collaboration with all stakeholders (clients, publishers, legal teams, vendors, etc.). Ensure adherence to schedules, production milestones and smooth execution of campaigns. Lead coordination meetings and ensure clear, efficient communication and alignment between all parties. Work daily with commercial teams and production companies. Supervise production stages: Brief, Kick-Off, PPM, recordings, photoshoots, shoots, post-production. Maintain a proactive, expert client/partner relationship and act as a trusted production advisor throughout the project. Manage budgets assigned to each operation and ensure project profitability. Oversee administrative tasks: contract management, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier follow-up.

Requirements

• You have at least 4 years of experience in production project management, ideally within an agency
• You are passionate about production and enjoy coordinating complex end-to-end campaigns while keeping a cool head and a clear mind
• You are known for your rigor, foresight, autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
