Jobtailor in Île-de-France is seeking a proactive project manager for gaming/esports campaigns. You will lead projects from scoping to delivery, coordinate creative, social, media, events, and ensure seamless collaboration with clients.

The role requires 2–3 years in an agency, strong end-to-end coordination, and fluency in English. You should be organized, proactive, and able to build trust with clients while driving improvements and reporting on KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in an agency with project management focus.
• End-to-end project management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Genuine gaming/esports enthusiast with trends awareness.
• Familiar with gaming environments and ecosystem.
• Strong client relations and trust-building skills.
• Rigorous, structured, and highly organized.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects from scope to delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams across disciplines (creative, social, media, events, influence, OPS).
• Manage external vendors (publishers, partner agencies, developers).
• Ensure deadlines, budgets and the quality of deliverables.
• Anticipate risks and propose concrete operational solutions.
• Ensure consistency and compliance of activations throughout the project.
• Act as the main day-to-day contact for your clients.
• Provide regular follow-up and maintain clear communication on projects.
• Identify development opportunities within existing accounts.
• Devise new concepts to respond to client briefs.
• Build long-lasting, trust-based client relationships.
• Present progress updates, deliverables and campaign post-mortems.
• Monitor client satisfaction and the quality of recommendations.
• Set up and track campaign KPIs.
• Produce reporting and performance reviews.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

• Genuine gaming/esports enthusiast: you follow trends, launches, collaborations and Twitch news
• Familiar with gaming environments and able to navigate this ecosystem comfortably
• Client relations are your playground: you know how to build trust
