TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Project Manager (1.0 FTE) home based in the EU to join our CDS Ophthalmology teams. You will plan and pro-actively manage multidisciplinary study teams to ensure milestones are met and studies run on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage risks, develop detailed plans, act as the main client contact, monitor financials, ensure regulatory compliance, allocate resources, support business

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within clinical research or CRO.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (ICH-GCP).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, including financials and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Allocate and manage project resources in collaboration with line managers.
• Report progress and elevate issues where needed.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and bid defenses.
• Mentor junior Project Managers when required.
