Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Freelance Senior Clinical Research Associate (0.4 FTE) to work from home in France on an ophthalmology project. You will monitor sites, ensure data quality, and support project teams within the CDS division.

Ideal candidates have >5 years of independent monitoring experience, including ophthalmology, and are comfortable with on-site and remote activities, with travel up to 60-80% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in life science or nursing or equivalent.
• >5 years of independent on-site monitoring experience.
• At least 1 year ophthalmology experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 60-80% including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site and remote trials per SOPs, GCP and ICH.
• Protect participant rights and ensure data integrity.
• Review CRFs and source documentation for accuracy.
• Manage Investigational Product accountability.
• Timely reporting of monitoring findings and CAPAs.
• Maintain ISF and update CTMS with site data.
• Support audits/inspections and site visits as needed.
• Assist in project tracking and resource management.
