Based in San Francisco, CA, the role requires a Bachelor of Architecture and 3 years of related experience, with strong BIM skills (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max) and proficiency in Lumion/Enscape and the Adobe suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture with 3+ years of experience in design delivery.
• Experience preparing feasibility studies, programming, concept development and documentation.
• Proven ability to coordinate with MEP, civil, structural and specialty consultants.

Responsabilités

• Prepare feasibility studies, programming, expedited concept development and documentation.
• Lead design development for mission‑critical projects and complex renovations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver BIM‑driven construction documents.
• Present designs to clients and manage project reviews and approvals.
