Davis seeks an architect with hands-on data center feasibility experience to determine how many megawatts a site can absorb. You will lead test fits from capacity to schematic design, presenting results to clients and guiding decisions.

Based in Paris, you will work with the team to advance data center projects, leveraging Rhino, Revit, and AutoCAD while embracing AI-enabled sizing practices.

Qualifications

• Architecture degree required.
• 3–5 years on data center products; 2–3 projects seen end to end.
• Project carries through capacity to schematic design and permitting.
• Rhino, Revit essential; AutoCAD expected.
• A drive to adopt digital tools and AI in practice.

Responsabilités

• Establish a site's IT capacity from zoning rules and constraints.
• Draw data halls with aisles, AHUs, and grid.
• Develop industrial site plans with yards, docks, basins, buffers.
• Arbitrate between schemes while respecting height caps.
• Present and defend capacity numbers to clients.
