MyVA Support (MyVAS) invites an experienced Architectural & Interior Designer to lead kitchen and bathroom projects for residential and commercial spaces. This remote role targets LATAM-based candidates fluent in Spanish and English, with strong CAD and visualization skills and a proven portfolio.

You will produce construction documents, collaborate with clients, and manage multiple projects end-to-end using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and 20/20, ensuring accuracy and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen design and renovation.
• Strong portfolio of kitchen projects.
• Excellent understanding of construction documentation and experience with both U.S. and international metric systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Design and plan kitchen/bathroom renovations meeting client specifications and recent trends.
• Create detailed construction documents for client presentations and supplier coordination.
• Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3DS Max, and Lumion to produce high-quality visualizations.
• Engage with clients to refine designs and confirm requirements, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution.
• Creation and elevation of designs using the 20/20 platform.
• Deployment of the KCDW software for developing and presenting precise kitchen concept visuals.
• Execution of 3D modeling and elementary rendering for architectural and interior designs utilizing Revit and Sketchup.
• Production of detailed planimetric sketches employing AutoCAD.
