Embedded Shishya is seeking a highly skilled Drafter for remote work, focusing on high-end residential interiors and architectural projects. The role requires hands-on drafting with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion, plus strong client communication to define design objectives and maintain luxury standards.

The candidate will manage all phases from concept through completion, ensure building code compliance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while addressing client needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3+ years of professional drafting in architectural/interior design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Strong English communication at B2+ level.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Engage with clients to establish design objectives and requirements, ensuring alignment with luxury standards.
• Manage all phases of design and drafting from initial concept through to final completion.
• Utilize advanced modeling techniques to create innovative solutions for complex design challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive space understanding.
• Source materials within project/budget parameters and supervise installation to meet design specs.
• Address and resolve client concerns post-installation.
