Exyte in France seeks an experienced Project Cost Controller to support financial performance of high-tech construction projects. You will partner with project management to ensure cost transparency, tracking, and reliable reporting across the full lifecycle.

This role demands strong analytics and collaboration. Ideal candidates have a degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration and 8+ years in project/cost control, with advanced Excel and SAP powers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration
• Min. 8 years of experience in project controlling or cost control (ideally construction/engineering)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills
• SAP and Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent English and French is required

Responsabilités

• Support project management in financial and administrative activities
• Assist in cost estimation and project setup
• Maintain cost and revenue structures in SAP
• Prepare and update project dashboards and reports
• Track costs per subcontracting package
• Record and validate invoices based on approved deliverables
• Monitor project cash flow, payments, advances and bank guarantees
• Track purchase orders, variations and additional work
• Ensure correct cost allocation and follow-up
• Support monitoring of client and subcontractor contracts
• Contribute to project financial reporting and performance reviews
