Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned financial project controller to take overall financial ownership of complex initiatives, from contract award to close-out.

You will monitor revenue, margins and cash flow, ensure ERP reliability, support risk assessment, and drive internal controls and reporting for clients and auditors.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Management Control or related field.
• 5+ years experience in project management control on complex projects.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• English at least B2 level.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for all financial aspects of the project from contract award through to project close-out.
• Monitor and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all project financial movements, especially revenue, margin and cash flow, and reconcile in ERP systems.
• Provide support for identification, assessment and accounting of risks.
• Ensure consistency in valuations and provisions, and treatment of shared risks/opportunities within the project.
• Ensure that all financial processes, including quarterly reviews and internal controls (DoA), are implemented, robust and compliant.
• Handle ad hoc analyses and respond to auditor requests.
• Prepare monthly progress and cost-tracking reports for the client.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain a comprehensive understanding at all times of all project financial movements, in particular revenue, margin and cash flow, and ensure this information is consistent and regularly reconciled in the ERP systems.
• Provide support for the correct identification, assessment and accounting of risks.
• Ensure full consistency in valuations, the accounting for provisions, and the treatment of any shared risks/opportunities within the project.
• Ensure that all financial processes, including quarterly reviews and internal controls (including the DoA), are implemented, robust and compliant.
• Handle ad hoc analyses and respond to auditor requests.
• Prepare monthly progress and cost-tracking reports for the client.

Requirements

• Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in Management Control or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in project management control, including working on projects with complex structures.
• Knowledge of SAP, SOX and the energy industry is a plus.
• English required (minimum B2 level or technical English).
