Job summary

CTS Group in France is seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to lead all project controls for large-scale data center projects. Based in Paris, you will oversee planning, cost control, reporting, and governance across multiple sites, ensuring delivery on time and budget.

You will manage a Project Controls team, drive best practices, and collaborate with clients and partners to align schedules, costs, and performance with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or MSc in a discipline relevant to data centers.
• 10+ years of experience managing Project Control teams and related scope.
• End-to-end data center knowledge or equivalent in large-scale projects.
• Specialist expertise across all Project Controls disciplines.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Manage cost control systems and budgets; track expenditures and forecasts.
• Governance: implement controls standards and reporting protocols.
• Produce project performance reports and dashboards; use EVM techniques.
• Replace the Project Director during absences and ensure continuity at site.
