Qualifications

• Design complex, data-heavy interfaces.
• Accessibility (A11y) knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency with research and prototyping tools and front-end terminology.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and the rationale behind them.
• Iterate designs based on testing and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Design highly regulated, data-dense workflows into usable interfaces.
• Drive end-to-end design with Product, Engineering, Quality and testing teams.
• Contribute to design system evolution for enterprise products and AI touchpoints.
• Develop customer journeys, jobs-to-be-done, and value across product portfolios.
• Facilitate design workshops and discovery sessions with users.
