Enablon, a Wolters Kluwer business, is seeking a Senior Product Owner to join the Platform team, developing shared capabilities at the heart of our risk management and safety SaaS solution. You will translate the product vision into actionable priorities for the engineering team and represent customers throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products or platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of user needs, discovery, prioritization, and value-based decisions.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements for full-stack teams.
• Sufficient technical understanding to discuss frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, data, and architecture topics.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical and structured thinker balancing customer value, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery capacity.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Product Manager to define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business value, and technical constraints.
• Translate product vision into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Work with UX, Engineering, Support, Professional Services, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Provide clarification and make timely product decisions throughout the delivery process.
• Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Validate delivered features against customer, usability, quality, and performance expectations.
• Monitor customer feedback, usage, incidents, and product KPIs to identify improvements.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders regarding the team’s capabilities, roadmap, and priorities.
