Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products or platform capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements for full-stack engineering teams.
• Sufficient technical understanding to discuss frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, data, and architecture topics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across teams.

**Job Title: Senior Product Owner – Application Server Platform****About the Role**We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Platform team, which develops the shared capabilities at the heart of our risk management and safety SaaS solution.The team is responsible for customer-facing platform features and services used across the product, including user experiences, common workflows, configuration, APIs, integrations, and backend capabilities. As the team is full stack, the role combines a strong focus on customer and business needs with the ability to understand technical and backend topics.As Product Owner, you will work closely with the Product Manager to translate the product vision and roadmap into actionable priorities for the engineering team. You will represent customers and users within the team, ensuring that we deliver intuitive, reliable, scalable, and valuable capabilities.**Key Responsibilities*** Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business value, and technical constraints.* Translate product vision and roadmap items into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.* Work closely with UX, Engineering, Support, Professional Services, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.* Provide clarification and make timely product decisions throughout the delivery process.* Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.* Validate delivered features against customer, usability, quality, and performance expectations.* Monitor customer feedback, usage, incidents, and product KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.* Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders regarding the team’s capabilities, roadmap, and priorities.**Required Qualifications*** 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.* Experience delivering customer-facing digital products or platform capabilities.* Strong understanding of user needs, product discovery, prioritization, and value-based decision-making.* Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements for full-stack engineering teams.* Sufficient technical understanding to discuss frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, data, and architecture topics.* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams.* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.* Analytical and structured thinker, able to balance customer value, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery capacity.**Nice to Have*** Experience improving web application user experiences, including familiarity with UX principles or user research.* Experience with APIs, integrations, data models, or distributed application architectures.* Understanding of SaaS concepts such as multi-tenancy, scalability, security, and performance.* Experience working on B2B products for large organizations, ideally in risk management, EHS, compliance, or enterprise software. **Languages**: a perfect command of French and a strong command of English are compulsory for this role **Location**: Bois-Colombes - Hauts de Seine (Hybrid)
