Enablon, a Wolters Kluwer business, is seeking a Senior Product Owner to join the Platform team that builds the core risk management and safety SaaS platform. The role focuses on translating the product vision into actionable priorities for an engineering team, representing customers and users, and ensuring scalable, valuable capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products or platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of user needs, product discovery, prioritization, and value-based decision-making.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements for full-stack engineering teams.
• Sufficient technical understanding to discuss frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, data, and architecture topics.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business value, and technical constraints.
• Translate product vision and roadmap items into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Work closely with UX, Engineering, Support, Professional Services, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Provide clarification and make timely product decisions throughout the delivery process.
• Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Validate delivered features against customer, usability, quality, and performance expectations.
• Monitor customer feedback, usage, incidents, and product KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders regarding the team's capabilities, roadmap, and priorities.
