Sonepar is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead an agile team focused on CRM platform enhancements and marketing automation in a multinational, hybrid-enabled environment. You will translate roadmap features into detailed user stories, manage backlogs, and collaborate with architects, developers, QE, and product managers to deliver value.

You will report to the Lead Director of the Spark Associate domain in Paris, driving backlog clarity, acceptance criteria, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience as a Product Owner of an Agile feature team in multinational projects.
• Experience implementing a CRM platform based on Microsoft Dynamics in a multinational environment.
• Nice to have experience in Marketing Automation within a retail context.
• Nice to have experience with SAFe, Program Increment and Sprint timeframes.

Responsabilités

• Translate business features into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and manage the backlog for the assigned feature domain.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers and UX/UI designers across teams.
• Validate developments with QE profiles and ensure proper testing and automation.
• Understand and communicate business and IT processes into clear deliverables.
• Refine and organize features with the Product Manager and stakeholders.
