You will own end-to-end automation of compliance rules, collaborating with the CTO and compliance experts to define scope. You’ll combine AI building blocks—OCR, embeddings, document parsing, and vision models—to deliver reliable, fast rule resolution in production.

This role requires product-mindedness, startup experience, and the ability to ship in two-week cycles, balancing speed with robustness.

Qualifications

• Strong Python engineer who has shipped AI solutions to production users.
• Understanding AI building blocks: agents, OCR, document parsing, embeddings, vision models.
• Experience at a startup or building end-to-end products.
• Own real-world workflows, not just features.
• Product-minded and curious about how people actually work.
• Enjoy shipping with 2–3 week cycles and visible impact.
