Naboo, a fast-scaling B2B SaaS platform, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a strategic domain of the Naboo platform and bridge C-Level vision with delivery. You will move beyond shipping features to driving outcomes, owning the lifecycle from discovery to world-class delivery.

You will drive Shape Up–based pitches, six-week build cycles, and collaborate with engineering and design to ensure UX excellence while preparing the product for US and UK market expansion.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in Product Management within a fast-growing B2B SaaS or marketplace.
• Experience in a scale-up with structured product orgs (Series B/C).
• Structured delivery mindset; Shape Up is a major plus or strong Agile/Scrum mastery.
• Strong product sense, craft, and aesthetic of the product; Founder mindset.

Aufgaben

• Own a strategic domain of the Naboo platform and drive the roadmap.
• Lead rigorous Discovery and Shape Up pitches leading to six-week cycles.
• Collaborate daily with Engineering Managers and Product Designers to ensure feasibility and UX excellence.
• Own KPIs, communicate trade-offs to stakeholders, and ship outcomes rather than features.
