Job summary

Aqora, Paris-first by default, is hiring its first Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap and define how the product gets built. You will sit at the interface between engineering, community, and platform strategy to turn user behavior and technical constraints into a scalable product system.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for developer tools or platform products.
• Experience building for a community, developer ecosystem, or open-source environment.
• Technical background allowing reading code and discussing architecture with engineers.
• Familiarity with agile cadence and data-informed decision making.
• Excellent written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog, translating strategy, user needs, engineering constraints, and community signals into clear shipping priorities.
• Write specs, user stories, and requirements to enable fast, unambiguous engineering work.
• Design product mechanics for community growth: contributor incentives, content discovery, reputation systems, feedback loops, and repeat usage.
• Establish product rituals such as sprint planning, reviews, roadmap discussions, and product metrics.
• Stay close to users through interviews, usage analysis, feedback collection, and direct community contact to drive repeat platform usage across datasets, notebooks, benchmarks, and published solutions.
