Polène in Paris seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of leather goods, including collaborations, limited editions, and small leather goods. You will coordinate with Design, Sourcing, Production teams and workshops to deliver exceptional collections.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment, overseeing prototypes, BOMs, ERP data, and multi‑stakeholder projects while maintaining strict quality and timelines. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in product development or product management, ideally within leather goods, fashion or luxury.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with workshops and suppliers.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead product development from conception through to launch with Design, Sourcing and Production teams and workshops.
• Oversee prototypes, samples and components with Paris and Spanish workshops and suppliers.
• Create and update technical specs, BOMs and product data in the ERP.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Organize collection meetings and validation committees and track timelines.
• Prepare costing sheets and collection materials and training materials for internal teams.
• Conduct trend and market analyses and contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes.
