Job summary

Polène Paris is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of leather goods, including collaborations, limited editions, upcycling, and small leather goods. You will drive product development from concept to launch with Design, Sourcing, Production teams and our workshops.

You will oversee prototypes, BOMs and data in the ERP, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and organize collection meetings to ensure timely delivery and continuous

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in product development or product management, ideally within leather goods, fashion or luxury.
• Hands-on experience in product development, prototype management and coordination with workshops and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint); ERP experience, ideally SAP.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development from conception through to launch in coordination with Design, Sourcing, Production teams and workshops.
• Oversee prototypes, samples and components with Paris and Spanish workshops and suppliers.
• Create and update BOMs and product data in the ERP, ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners, ensuring timelines.
• Organize collection meetings and validation committees; manage timelines and reporting.
• Prepare costing sheets and collection materials; create training materials for internal teams.
• Conduct trend and product performance analyses to improve tools and processes.
