Jobgether in France seeks a Senior/Lead Product Manager to lead hands-on product execution for a major European automotive marketplace serving millions of users across multiple countries.

You will translate complex business and customer needs into clear product requirements and action delivery plans, collaborating with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to move initiatives from discovery to launch. This role demands execution focus and strong cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of product management experience.
• Hands-on responsibility for product delivery and requirements gathering.
• Experience in e-commerce or consumer‑facing digital products.
• Strong Agile experience with software engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Availability to align with Toronto Eastern Time or shift schedule with daily overlap until 4:00 PM ET.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day product execution for initiatives across the Unified Web and Digital Retail product area.
• Gather, clarify, document, and validate business, customer, and technical requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog and assist with prioritization.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, resolve gaps, and communicate decisions, risks, and progress.
• Support agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, testing, and release readiness.
• Coordinate post-launch follow-up to assess outcomes and identify improvements.
• Use customer feedback and analytics to guide product decisions and balance priorities.
• Maintain alignment between business, customer needs, and technical constraints.
