Jobtailor in Aix-en-Provence, France is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead data and infrastructure platform initiatives. You will oversee governance, migrations, and AI-enabled workflows to optimize compute costs while preserving developer experience.

You will collaborate across Data Mesh Enablement, Managed Data Products, and engineering teams to define roadmaps, retire legacy systems, and deliver a scalable, AI-ready platform with strong audit trails.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of product management experience on a data or infrastructure platform team.
• Direct experience stewarding technical roadmaps.
• Comfortable reading system architecture and pipeline dependencies to make sequencing decisions with engineering.
• Record of completing cross-team migrations and retirements.
• Transparent about areas of growth and open to learning.
• Experience weighing compute cost against performance and developer experience (preferred).
• Working knowledge of how AI agents consume data and tools differently from people (preferred).
• Judgment on when a vendor's own agent layer already covers a need (preferred).
• Proactive approach to navigating and understanding new technical systems, key contacts, and open questions independently (preferred).
