Jobtailor is seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to design, deploy, and industrialize generative AI and agentic systems that integrate with business processes in production environments.

You will lead client workshops, scope requirements, and drive roadmaps from concept to production, collaborating with security, data, IT, and governance teams while ensuring robustness and cost efficiency.

Ensure quality, performance, traceability, and risk control in solutions.
Develop solutions using LLMs, agents, and multi-agent orchestrators; implement tool calls and memory.

Design, develop, industrialize, deploy, and maintain generative AI, AI agent, and agentic system solutions
Translate business needs into robust, secure, and maintainable technical architectures and solutions
Design agents capable of using tools, executing actions, and integrating with business processes
Define orchestration between AI agents, APIs, business applications, data sources, workflows, and human interventions
Ensure quality, performance, traceability, and risk control
Estimate workloads, plan activities, and monitor project commitments
Support junior team members and promote development and architecture standards
Collaborate with business, data, IT, security, architecture, and governance teams, both internally and at client sites
Lead client discussions, scope requirements, formalize recommendations, and contribute to decision-making
Develop solutions based on LLMs, AI agents, business assistants, and multi-agent orchestrators
Implement agents that query data sources, use tools, call APIs, and execute actions
Design architectures incorporating RAG, document retrieval, context management, and memory
Develop orchestration for agents, workflows, and human-in-the-loop validation
Define system prompts, behavioral rules, and control mechanisms
Evaluate the quality, relevance, robustness, and stability of responses
Integrate security, confidentiality, access control, and data protection
Prevent and address hallucinations, prompt injection, data leaks, and unauthorized actions
Optimize model performance, response times, and costs
Design automated workflows connecting AI models, APIs, databases, files, applications, messaging systems, and collaboration platforms
Implement exception handling, monitoring, logging, and error recovery
Integrate AI solutions into existing processes
Use Microsoft Power Platform, n8n, or cloud orchestration tools
Understand business challenges, identify AI opportunities, and develop use cases
Lead client workshops, present results, and define roadmaps from proof of concept to production
Support clients in adopting solutions and increasing their data and AI maturity
Contribute to technology watch, training, coaching, and support for junior team members

Requirements

Higher education degree in computer science, engineering, data, artificial intelligence, or a related field
Significant experience designing, industrializing, and deploying generative or agentic AI solutions
Experience taking AI solutions into production is a plus
Ability to scope requirements, engage with clients, and turn a business opportunity into an operational, reliable, and secure solution
Expertise in designing, industrializing, securing, deploying, and monitoring AI solutions in real-world environments
Understanding of agentic systems: agents, orchestration, RAG, tool calling, memory, evaluation, and guardrails
Ability to lead workshops, scope requirements, formalize recommendations, and manage client discussions
Consulting, client relationship, teaching, and ability to explain complex topics clearly
Experience with automation or RPA tools is a plus
Fluent in English
Proficiency in LLMs, RAG, agents, orchestration, tool calling, memory, evaluation, and guardrails
Proficiency in Python and API integration
Knowledge of Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, agent frameworks, or equivalent solutions
Experience with a cloud environment: GCP, AWS, or Azure
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, or equivalent tools
Cloud certification is a plus
Previous experience deploying AI agents or AI solutions into production is highly desirable
