BeReal's product team is a small group of high-performers reporting directly to the CEO. We operate at the intersection of data science, engineering, design, and operations.

Highly autonomous and skilled across multiple areas, each member of the team is expected to identify opportunities, design high-impact solutions, drive implementation, and assess results. You will partner with a small team of engineers and designers to come up with, build, test, and scale new high-impact features.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building meaningful products.
• Hyper analytical with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Ability to prototype quickly and articulate a long-term product vision.

Responsabilités

• Partner with engineers and designers to build, test, and scale high-impact features.
• Combine analytics and user research to identify user needs and fuel ideation.
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions and roadmap planning.
• Identify key metrics and own efforts to improve them.
