BeReal in Paris is seeking a product designer to scale our social app. You will wireframe to end-to-end flows, design features with attention to detail, and work with engineering and data teams.

You will move quickly from quick prototypes to scalable design systems, obsess over user needs, and drive business impact while keeping BeReal authentic.

• You’re highly driven, autonomous, and results-oriented.
• You can hack quick prototypes and implement a scalable design system.

• Propose pragmatic solutions and estimate business impact.

• From wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, design features that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail.
• Identify key metrics your solutions should improve and take ownership for achieving success.
• Implement, test, and iterate with the technical team.
• Contribute to building and improving our design system.

Role

BeReal’s product team is a small group of high-performers reporting directly to the CEO. We operate at the intersection of data science, engineering, design, and operations. Highly autonomous and skilled across multiple areas, each member of the team is expected to identify opportunities, design high-impact solutions, drive implementation, and assess results.
