BeReal is building an international team focused on scaling a social network used by hundreds of millions. The product team works at the intersection of data science, engineering, design, and operations, with high autonomy and impact.

You will identify opportunities, design high-impact solutions, drive implementation, and assess results. You will conduct user research, prototype end-to-end flows, and contribute to a growing design system, all while prioritizing initiatives and measuring success.

Role

BeReal’s product team is a small group of high-performers reporting directly to the CEO. We operate at the intersection of data science, engineering, design, and operations. Highly autonomous and skilled across multiple areas, each member of the team is expected to identify opportunities, design high-impact solutions, drive implementation, and assess results.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research of user behavior and needs. Identify key problems and opportunities

• You can both hack together a quick prototype and implement a scalable design system.


• You love making delightful features but also are super pragmatic about having a substantial business impact.


• You understand the technical implications of your design decisions.


• You are fluent in English
