Within the Digital & Data Department, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to embody the Group Product Strategy and drive the evolution of our B2C, B2B, and B2B2C digital journeys.
In an international, multi-region environment undergoing significant transformation, you will be responsible for turning complex business challenges into simple, consistent, and measurable digital experiences for our visitors, retailers, and local teams.
You will play a key role in identifying product opportunities, aligning stakeholders, prioritizing value and measuring the business impact of our initiatives.
This role is designed for a senior profile able to combine strategic vision, business acumen, user orientation and data culture to turn product ambition into concrete results at an international scale.
The Senior Product Manager exists to ensure that URW’s digital products create measurable business value while remaining scalable across multiple regions.
The role is responsible for transforming complex business opportunities into user-centric, data-driven products, aligning five autonomous regions around a shared product strategy and ensuring that local needs influence global priorities.
What will your day-to-day look like?
1. Product craft
- Act as the key entry point for stakeholders on B2C and/or B2B journeys.
- Translate business needs into structured product opportunities, ensuring alignment with UX, analytics, compliance and technical standards.
- Manage initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and prioritisation to launch and performance measurement.
- Partner closely with Regional Marketing Leads and Shopping Centre teams across Europe and the US.
- Help define and scale a core product model across five international regions.
2. Business & commercial acumen
- Build lightweight business cases and business plans, including opportunity sizing, assumptions, scenario thinking, ROI logic and executive narratives.
- Understand how digital levers connect to commercial value, such as conversion intent, partner value and operational efficiency.
3. Global / multinational organisation experience
- Operate effectively in large, structured, multinational digital organisations, balancing governance, standardisation versus localisation, cross-country alignment and matrix stakeholder management.
4. Technical literacy, strong dimension with no coding required
- Understand modern digital ecosystems, including CMS, APIs, analytics, experimentation, privacy and scalability considerations.
- Collaborate effectively with architects and engineering teams to translate business needs into implementable solutions.
- Be comfortable with journey mapping, dependency mapping and tracking plans.
5. Product delivery and maintenance
- Prioritise features and product investments by balancing business value and technical feasibility.
- Partner closely with the Product Owner to deliver the roadmap and ensure successful execution.
- Define adoption and go-to-market plans to maximise business impact.
- Define measurement plans, including KPIs, funnels and event taxonomy, ensure tracking readiness before launch, interpret performance and convert insights into prioritised improvements.

- Master’s degree or equivalent, with training in Agile methodologies.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience across web and mobile products.
- Proven experience building product strategies and translating them into prioritised roadmaps.
- Experience operating in complex, international and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong ability to balance business value, user experience and technical feasibility.
- Experience with product adoption, go-to-market strategies, analytics, experimentation and CMS platforms.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in retail, hospitality, mobility, real estate or omnichannel environments.
- Practice in experimentation, A/B testing, CRO or product analytics.
- Experience working with design, data and engineering teams.

- Regional teams are aligned around the Group Product Strategy and able to translate it into measurable business outcomes.
