Job summary

Euronext is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Compliance to drive the ECS data and AI initiatives across governance, compliance and Investor Relations. You will shape a unified product category, ingest and process data, and push insights through APIs or embedded widgets to deliver value for clients.

You’ll partner with CPO to define strategy, conduct deep client interviews, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver scalable features and a competitive product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in product management in SaaS/tech.
• Strong knowledge of the full product development lifecycle and GTM strategies.
• Technical knowledge: API, web backend, CMS, front-end, data technology, AI concepts.
• Functional knowledge of financial sector and ability to translate complex data into client value.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and vision aligned with company objectives and IT strategy.
• Conduct client interviews and convert insights into a roadmap prioritizing fast time-to-market and quality.
• Define and optimize digital solutions, data flows, and AI-enabled features for seamless integration.
• Oversee global product roadmap with business and IT collaboration and clear business cases.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to build and commercialize the product.
• Monitor usage metrics and iterate to improve the product experience.
