Job summary

JPMSE is seeking a Compliance Vice President to lead the Data, Privacy and AI compliance program for its European operations, reporting to the EMEA Head of Data & AI CCOR. You will collaborate with regional and global teams, ensure regulatory alignment, and shape the future of the firm's compliance framework across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Significant prior experience in AI and Data or related risk/compliance.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulations such as EU AI Act in banking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support AI and Data risk program across European entities.
• Provide SME guidance to stakeholders on Data, AI risk, policies and regulatory issues.
• Oversee 2nd line compliance activities and regulatory exams as required.
• Develop and deliver training to raise awareness of Data and AI obligations.
