Job summary

Qonto is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Client Communication to own a greenfield platform that unifies customer communications across channels. You will collaborate with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to streamline orchestration and regulatory adherence.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, shape the initial roadmap, and work with Braze, Customer.io, SendGrid, Lemlist, and Zendesk to connect tools and drive scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Senior Product Management experience leading platform-level initiatives across multiple tools and teams.
• Hands-on with CRM/notification platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, or similar.
• Ability to navigate regulatory and cross-functional constraints while delivering clear outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Greenfield ownership: build a shared, event-driven orchestration and unified communication log.
• Close regulatory gaps and improve operational excellence through scalable design.
• Turn fragmented tools into a cohesive platform adopted across teams.
• Lead CRM/Operations/Compliance/Product/Engineering stakeholders with clear scope from day one.
