Implicity, spécialiste MedTech à Paris, recherche un Senior Product Manager IA & Internal Tooling pour guider l’écosystème logiciel interne. Vous travaillerez avec les équipes Engineering, Ops, CS et Sales afin d’optimiser les processus internes et les flux d’IA.

Avec 5–8 ans d’expérience en product management et une maîtrise des outils IA et APIs, vous conduirez la roadmap interne, piloterez N8N et promouvrez l’adoption des solutions Claude Cowork et autres outils IA à l’échelle de l’entreprise.

Qualifications

• 5–8 ans d’expérience en product management, dont ≥2 ans en outils internes ou plateformes opérationnelles.
• Expérience dans le HealthTech/MedTech ou secteurs régulés est un plus.
• Maîtrise des API et des workflows modernes, capacité à lire un spec technique.

Responsabilités

• Conduire la refonte du Back Office et piloter la vision produit interne (inscriptions, support, facturation).
• Définir et déployer une roadmap IA interne incluant Claude Cowork et agents IA.
• Piloter la stratégie N8N et livrer des workflows automatisés fiables.
• Promouvoir l’adoption des outils IA auprès de toutes les équipes.
• Conduire les discovery et transformer les besoins en OKRs trimestriels.

Implicity is scaling fast — and so must the tools that power our teams. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager AI & Internal Tooling to own the vision and execution of our internal software ecosystem.

By deploying Customer Apps (AI agents and employee augmentation tools with Claude Cowork, N8N automations, MCP-powered apps), you’ll be the driving force behind how every Implicity team works smarter.

Reporting Structure

Direct Report: Louay Gargoum (CTO)

Collaboration: This is a horizontal role. You’ll work closely with every department — Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Data — to understand their workflows, pain points, and unlock productivity gains through great internal products.

Your missions

As Senior Product Manager AI & Internal Tooling, your core mission will be to define, build, and continuously improve the internal tools and AI-powered workflows that make Implicity teams exceptionally productive.

• Own the Back Office Revamp: Lead the end-to-end redesign of Implicity’s internal operations platform (customer onboarding, support workflows, billing). Define the product vision, prioritize features, and drive delivery with engineering squads.
• Drive the Agentic AI Roadmap: Define and ship AI-powered internal tools — from Claude Cowork configurations and custom AI agents to MCP servers and LLM-powered applications. You’ll decide what gets built, how it integrates, and measure its impact on team productivity.
• Scale Automation Workflows: Own the N8N automation platform strategy. Identify high-value automation opportunities across departments, prioritize them, and work with engineering to deliver reliable, maintainable workflows.
• Champion Employee Augmentation: Be the internal evangelist and product owner for AI augmentation tools. Drive adoption of Claude Cowork and other AI-assisted workflows across every team — from Sales to Clinical to Engineering. Measure usage, gather feedback, and iterate.
• Act as the Internal Product Partner for Every Team: Run discovery across all departments to surface inefficiencies, manual bottlenecks, and tooling gaps. Translate business needs into a clear, prioritized internal product roadmap with quarterly OKRs.

Your Profile and Mindset

Experience Profile

• Seniority & Experience: 5-8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on internal tools, developer experience, or operational platforms.
• Sector Experience (Bonus): HealthTech, MedTech, or regulated industries. Familiarity with SaaS B2B internal tooling is a strong plus.
• Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
• Technical Fluency: You don’t need to be a software engineer — but you must deeply understand APIs, data flows, AI/LLM capabilities, and modern dev workflows. You’re at ease with vibecoding. You can read a technical spec, challenge an architecture decision, and prototype a workflow in N8N or an AI coding assistant.

Mindset and Soft Skills

• Systems Thinker: You see the forest and the trees. You can map complex cross-departmental workflows and identify the highest-leverage improvements.
• AI-Native Curiosity: You’re genuinely excited about LLMs, agents, and automation. You’ve used tools like ChatGPT, Claude Cowork (or similar), or Copilot extensively and have opinions on how they should be deployed in a workplace.
• Bias for Action: You ship. You’d rather launch a v0.1 and iterate than spend months on specs. You’re comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
• Empathetic Communicator: You can talk to a clinical operations manager and an engineer in the same afternoon, understand both perspectives, and translate between them.

General information

Salary

• For this job (full-time), you have a base salary between €65k-70k.
• Eligible for stock option (BSPCEs) according to the company's existing rules.
