Implicity is seeking a Head of Product to lead and scale innovative MedTech solutions in Paris. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of SaaS product leadership experience, preferably in HealthTech. Responsibilities include defining the product vision and optimizing the Product Team's performance. You will work closely with executive teams to craft and implement strategies that put user needs at the forefront.

This position comes with a competitive salary of €90-100k, benefits including health care, luncheon vouchers, and transport subsidies, along with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS product leadership, ideally as CPO or VP Product.
• Experience in HealthTech or regulated environments is preferred.

Head of Product

We are looking for a visionary product leader to own and scale our MedTech solutions.

Reporting Structure

• Direct Report: Arnaud Rosier (CEO)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, guiding the roadmaps of different teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure roadmap delivery and optimize team performance.
• Lead, structure, and grow the Product Team (PM, Designer).
• Act as the voice of the user and advocate for product co‑construction.
• Lead cross‑functional and cross‑scope initiatives.

Accountabilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: define and champion the product vision and strategy, monitor KPIs and define activities contributing to OKRs.
• Execution & Roadmap: translate the product strategy into a prioritized and realistic roadmap, support product managers, and collaborate closely with CTO & Deputy CTO and development teams to ensure efficient, high‑quality delivery.
• Management & Product Culture: develop the Product Team and implement product methodologies and processes; establish a customer‑centric, data‑informed culture.
• Cross‑functional Influence: partner with the CMO for positioning, messaging, and Go‑to‑Market; serve as the key contact for the executive committee on product strategy; own new emerging topics and drive them forward.

Experience & Profile

• 10+ years in SaaS product leadership, with at least one successful role as CPO / VP Product / Head of product.
• Experience in HealthTech or a regulated environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership of topics.
• Strategic visionary capable of building an ambitious product vision and linking it to business goals.
• Strong business acumen and a product focus on solving user problems to positively impact the business.
• Operational excellence: mastery of modern product management methodologies and successful scaling of teams and processes.
• Technical and data acuity: understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, AI, and data‑driven decision making.
• Exceptional communication and influence across stakeholders.
• Deep user empathy with a genuine obsession with understanding user problems.

Benefits

Salary

• Base salary 90-100k€ depending on experience.
• Employee stock option plan (BSPCE) subject to customary conditions.

Remote Work & Location

• 3 days per week (progressively).
