Implicity, a digital MedTech, is growing its Tech team in Paris. We seek a Software / Backend Engineer Apprentice to build data pipelines powering our remote monitoring platform. You’ll work with the Tech Lead on production features from day one, in an Agile, 2-week sprint framework.

You will gain hands-on experience in data collection, pipeline creation, and collaboration within a cross-functional squad, with OKR-driven goals and a weekly check-in.

Qualifications

• Engineer-in-training or student in IT/Dev school with hands-on project work.
• Interest in health tech and innovation is a plus.
• Familiarity with web services and data processing is beneficial.

We're growing our Tech team and looking for a Software / Backend Engineer Apprentice to help us build and maintain the data pipelines that feed our remote monitoring platform, working hand-in-hand with our Tech Lead on real production features from day one.

Reporting Structure

Direct Report: Tech Lead.

Collaboration: You'll work closely with the Ingestion team, taking on tasks alongside other squad members and being guided day-to-day by your Tech Lead.

Your missions

As a Software / Backend Engineer Apprentice, your core mission will be to help build and operate the data collection and processing pipelines that power our remote monitoring platform.

You will:

• Data collection: Create data collection tasks from various external providers, through web scraping and API communication.

• Data pipelines: Build pipelines that ingest, transform, and store collected data properly in our databases.

• Agile delivery: Work on a 2-week sprint basis, taking part in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Team collaboration: Take on tasks alongside other squad members, guided and supported by your Tech Lead.

At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.

Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.

The annual appraisal is a shared exchange moment, focused on your development.

Our Technical Environment

• Methodology: Agile (Scrum) with 2-week sprints, followed by production releases

• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS

• Architecture: Microservices, Event-Driven patterns (e.g., RabbitMQ, etc)

• Primary Languages/Frameworks: TypeScript (Node.js, NestJS for Backend)

• Front-end : Angular

Experience Profile

• Seniority & Experience: Apprentice, mid-to-end of studies in an Engineering / IT / Dev school

• Sector Experience (Bonus): Strong interest in the innovation and health ecosystem

• Education: Engineering / IT / Dev school

• Depending on the official salary grids and your experience, will be discuss during the HR Interview.
