Job summary

Qonto in Paris is seeking a Product Manager for Risk & Compliance to help build one of Europe’s most sophisticated compliance engines. You’ll own how we verify customers from sign‑up to periodic review, guided by our Director of Product for Customer Lifecycle.

The role requires translating complex regulatory logic into clear, buildable workflows, partnering with Ops, and delivering AI‑driven decisioning that automates routine checks while preserving judgment where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping products in KYC/AML or fraud domains.
• Ability to translate dense regulatory logic into buildable workflows.
• Partner closely with operations teams and design for end users.

Responsibilities

• Own entry-into-relationship checks shaping identity, fraud, and sanctions rules across countries and business types.
• Design agentic compliance workflows using AI to automate routine checks end-to-end.
• Rethink re-verification of high-risk customers to cut friction while maintaining rigor.
• Modernize onboarding stack by migrating reviewers to a new workflow platform.
• Collaborate daily with Ops to shape the daily work of a large global operations team.
