Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Paris or London is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic AI-focused program for Financial Crime Compliance. You will shape the product strategy, prioritize AI capabilities, and partner with Engineering to bring AI agents and Generative AI features to market across multiple products.

The role requires strong product leadership, formal customer discovery, and collaboration with Legal, Risk and Compliance to ensure responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Management experience owning complex technology products or capabilities.
• Experience taking technology products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
• Exposure to AI-powered products with understanding of AI, ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered capabilities and agents.
• Lead customer discovery to translate needs into clear product priorities and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop and deliver AI-enabled capabilities using Generative AI, ML, and AI agents.
• Measure product quality and adoption using KPIs and data-driven insights.
• Support go-to-market with Sales and Marketing and ensure responsible AI practices with Legal, Risk and Compliance.
