Alira Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own SpherePX care pathways, focusing on AI-enabled experiences, safety, privacy, and regulatory compliance. The role blends product management, healthcare, AI, behavioral insights, UX, and data to deliver measurable value.

You will shape the product roadmap, translate complex clinical and technical challenges into actionable requirements, and collaborate with regulatory, clinical, engineering, and design teams across remote, cross-functional

Qualifications

10+ years of Product Management experience in digital products
Strong systems thinking and analytical skills
Experience with AI-powered or personalized digital experiences
Experience in healthcare/digital health environments is preferred

Responsibilities

Own the care pathway product end to end from discovery to delivery
Translate complex clinical and technical challenges into actionable requirements
Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, engineering, and design teams
Ensure governance, safety, privacy, and human-in-the-loop principles in product decisions
Drive backlog prioritization with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Maintain comprehensive product documentation throughout the SDLC
