McKinsey & Company, Inc. is seeking a creative problem-solver to work on product development for clients across Europe. You will identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations while collaborating with clients to implement changes.

Based in a European office, you will gain exceptional training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance in our Operations Practice as we help clients tackle complex operational challenges and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and exceptional academics.
• Broad experience in product development (e.g., product optimization/value analysis, leading R&D projects, technical supplier management).
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Mobility and enthusiasm for taking on European assignments during the work week.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Language fluency skills to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language.
