• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Help clients create and execute service strategies that lead to competitive advantages and measurable impact.
• Base in Paris office as part of the Operations Practice.
• Blend strategic thinking with hands-on practicality to develop operational models.
• Lead digital agendas, transform end-to-end journeys using analytics, robotics, and agile methods.
• Develop strategies and roadmaps for processes and operating systems in client services.
