Qualifications

Responsabilités

Help clients create and execute service strategies that lead to competitive advantages, improved customer experience, higher effectiveness and measurable bottom-line impact.
Identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize conclusions into recommendations.
Shape clients’ digital agendas and develop operating models for digital service operations.
Work across end‑customer services and internal back‑office operations to improve productivity.
