Implicity, a leading digital MedTech based in Paris, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next chapter of design at Implicity. You will report to the Head of Product and collaborate with the existing Product Designer to set the quality bar across the product and evolve the craft, system, and how design works with the team.

This hands-on role owns design on complex features, works closely with clinical users, and helps mature our Figma and Claude design systems as the product grows,

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of product design experience.
• Experience with data-dense products and complex workflows.
• Experience redesigning or evolving existing products.

Responsabilités

• Lead design on product features end-to-end, close to users.
• Grow and mature design systems and design principles.
• Integrate AI into the design workflow and collaborate with PMs and engineering.
