Implicity, a leading digital MedTech based in Paris, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next chapter of design at Implicity. You will report to the Head of Product and collaborate with the existing Product Designer to set the quality bar across the product and evolve the craft, system, and how design works with the team.

This hands-on role owns design on complex features, works closely with clinical users, and helps mature our Figma and Claude design systems as the product grows,

Qualifications

Job and recruitment context

Design at Implicity is undergoing transformative changes, expanding in scope and ambition and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help drive the next chapter of design at Implicity.

You’ll report to the Head of Product and work alongside our existing Product Designer. Together you’ll set the quality bar for design across the product and help shape the craft, the system and the way design works with the rest of the team.

This is a hands‑on role first. You’ll own design on our most complex features, get close to clinical users, and help our Figma and Claude design systems mature as the product grows.

We’re looking for someone proactive, generous with ideas and who enjoys shaping how a product team thinks about design at the age of AI.

Reporting Structure

Direct Report: CPO

Collaboration: You will work alongside our existing Designer as a peer, in close partnership with PMs and engineering squads. Design at Implicity is growing in scope and ambition, and this role sits at the centre of that.

Your missions

As Senior Product Designer, your core mission will be to design the experiences that make a clinically complex product feel effortless to the cardiologists and care teams who use it every day.

You Will

• Lead design on product features: Work end to end on medium‑to‑high complexity features, from problem framing with PMs through to detailed UI and handoff with engineering. Get close to users. Build enough understanding of clinical workflows to make design decisions with confidence. The work you ship sets the reference for where the product is going.
• Grow the design system and design principles: Contribute to our existing Figma and Claude design systems, our design principles and platform architecture, and help them evolve in step with the company's needs. Plenty of room here to elevate the platform’s UI and UX and make structural decisions, not just styling ones.
• Integrate AI into the design workflow Test, set up and use AI tools (Claude design, Figma Make and others) as a natural part of how you work, to accelerate production, generate and test ideas, and spend more time problem solving and less on execution. Support the PMs with their prototypes and small features. Test, iterate and make success into established ways of working.

At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.

Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.

The annual appraisal is a shared exchange moment, focused on your development.

Your Profile and Mindset

• Seniority & Experience: 6–8+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that shows depth of craft on complex, data-dense products.
• Sector Experience (Bonus): HealthTech, MedTech, or another regulated or high-stakes domain. Experience with expert‑user or professional tools is a strong plus.
• Product Maturity: You have experience redesigning or evolving existing products, not only building from scratch.
• Design Systems: You've contributed hands‑on to building or significantly maturing a design system.
• Languages & Location: French & English fluency required. Based in Paris or Ile de France.

Mindset And Soft Skills

• Craft-Led: Your feature‑level design work is excellent, end to end, and holds up in a complex product.
• Systems Thinker: You think in components, tokens, and architecture, and you're comfortable treating a design system as a product.
• User Proximity:You are comfortable interacting with (clinical) users, ask sharp questions and translate complex domain knowledge into design decisions.
• Comfortable Building as You Go: You're happy working in a space where design practices are still forming, and you enjoy establishing them.
• AI‑Native Curiosity: AI is part of your daily workflow as a genuine productivity multiplier. You can also design AI‑powered features and have a view on what that changes about the craft.

• Interview with Chiara (Interim Head of Product) - 45 min
• Technical interview with Chiara (Interim HoP), David (Product Designer)
• Final interview with Arnaud (CEO) and Lucie (COO) - 1 hour - On-site
• Coffee with the Product Team - post final interview
• Reference Check & Offer (usually follows within 72 hours)

Salary

• For this job (type of contract), you have a base salary depending on your experience
• Eligible for stock option (BSPCEs) according to the company's existing rules
