Donorbox is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to shape the end-to-end experience of our fundraising platform. You will translate complex product requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering to deliver user-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product or UX design with enterprise focus.
• Enterprise / B2B product experience for SaaS platforms, CRMs or ERPs.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Data-informed design mindset using analytics tools to validate hypotheses.
• Strong user research knowledge and ability to synthesize insights.
• Strategic and analytical thinking balancing user needs with business goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for design handoffs.

Responsabilités

• Lead user-centered design, planning user research and translating insights into design outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed design from concept to launch.
• Own the full design lifecycle: journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI.
• Partner with Product, Engineers, Marketing to gather requirements and iterate.
• Evaluate live features with data-driven feedback to improve UX.
• Prioritize design work aligned with product backlog to deliver value.
