Qonto is hiring a Senior Product Designer to craft credit and investment experiences as we scale into a bank. You’ll partner with product and tech, guided by Christina, the Product Design Manager, to turn complex regulations into simple user experiences for European SMEs.

You will run discovery with market and user research, address regulatory constraints, and own the end-to-end design from ideation to launch, while contributing to the design system and collaborating with stakeholders across

Qualificações

• Proven end-to-end product design experience in a regulated environment.
• Ability to frame problems and justify design decisions with business impact.
• Experience working with PM, legal, risk and compliance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design 0-to-1 credit and investment features for SMEs.
• Lead market and user research and explore multiple solution directions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk and Compliance to incorporate constraints.
• Own the design work from sketch to launch and contribute to the design system.
• Work with PM and tech to shape the solution from day one.
• Ensure a cohesive user experience across internal teams.
