Qualifications

• Experience as a software engineer working on a production product (senior level for managers).
• Experience in people management of at least 2–3 years.
• Proven ability to design object oriented software.

Responsabilités

• Engineer who can translate requirements into simple, elegant designs and deliver code.
• Understand product and customer needs and suggest innovative ideas to deliver value to end users.
• Coach up to 6 direct reports, define expectations, collect and deliver feedback, and participate in performance-related decisions.
